Ensuring Safety and Wellbeing
IPS is committed to fostering a safe environment for our employees, contractors and key partners to work in, with health and safety and environmental management systems in place that not only meet national regulations, but internationally recognized standards as well.
Our systems include frequent risk assessment and audits in order to mitigate and manage risks, comprehensive trainings and induction for employees and proper provision of personal protective clothing and equipment.
Promoting healthy living and improving the wellbeing of our employees and local communities is achieved through our Workplace Wellness Programme, focusing on physical, psychosocial and financial wellbeing. The programme is employee run, aimed at increasing health education and making health care services more accessible by partnering with local health care providers.
